Image Making/ Fall 2021
Objective
Through UMSL’s Image Making course, design students were tasked with using their creative skills to craft 20 spreads centered around a certain topic of interest. Various techniques such as painting, sketching, cutting, sewing, printing, and much more were utilized to create images, which were then manipulated in photoshop to create a final product.
Notes
For my project I decided to focus on the digital world. Living in the digital era we are currently in, I aimed to depict the collective experience when it comes to modern technology and the digital scope while also putting my own creative thought processes into it.
